Contacting School

We value effective communication between school, parents and the wider community.

Communication Guidelines

At Rosary, we pride ourselves on building close, approachable relationships with our parents and carers. A strong community built on trust and mutual understanding is at the heart of a great school, and we are always happy to make time to speak with you face-to-face.

How to Get in Touch

  • At the Gate: A member of our Senior Management Team (SMT) is at the school gate every morning.

  • Afternoon Updates: You can speak directly to your child’s class teacher after school each day to pass on quick information or schedule a longer meeting.

  • By Phone: Call the main school office to book a formal appointment with a teacher or member of the SMT.

  • By Email: Please send all emails to admin@rosary.camden.sch.uk and mark them clearly for the attention of your child's teacher. The office team will ensure it reaches them. Please note that email is reserved for brief messages rather than extended discussions; for more complex matters, we will arrange a phone call or in-person meeting.

A Quick Morning Note: Please avoid approaching class teachers for meetings at the start of the day. Mornings are busy as teachers prepare for lessons, and we want to ensure we give your concerns the full time and attention they deserve during a scheduled slot.

Raising Concerns/ Complaints

From time to time, you may have questions or concerns you wish to raise with us. The Governing Body has adopted a General Complaints Procedure designed to resolve any issues swiftly, confidentially, and in a supportive, non-adversarial manner.

Our goal is always to address concerns informally first and ensure positive practice for the future.

Key Policy Notes

  • Submissions: Official complaints must be submitted to the school in hard copy.

  • Audio/Video Recording: In line with school policy, we do not consent to any conversations on school grounds being recorded.

For full details, you can download our complete General Complaints Policy on our Policies Page or request a copy directly from the school office.
