What a wonderful trip to Kenwood House we had! We developed our skills of orientation and learnt about the history of Kenwood House. During our Literacy lessons we have been learning about Dido Belle who lived at Kenwood. It was so exciting to see the dairy which she ran and even a portrait of her!

We pointed North, South, East and West and spoke about what we could see! We used a map to find different items and sketched what we saw.

We then walked around Kenwood House. We saw the music room, the library and the entrance hall. We had clues that we needed to look for and it was such fun finding them around the house! We are excited to continue learning about Kenwood House and developing our historical skills!

A big thank you to all our parent helpers!
