We always love celebrating World Book Day and this year was no different! All of the adults LOVED seeing the children dressed up as book characters. We had our usual World Book Day Assembly which included a parade for all classes so that everyone had a chance to show off their outfits! Some members of staff dressed up as crayons from ‘The Day the Crayons Quit’ and we shared the story with the school! We also shared the entries for our potato character and diorama competition. These were all AMAZING and the adults were so impressed at the amount of effort that had gone into these projects. A huge thank you to everyone who participated! Back in our classrooms, we shared lots of stories and completed activities to celebrate our love of books!
