This half term, we have been learning about textiles in our DT lessons. We have been practising our fine motor skills and building up to sewing a running stitch on a teddy bear! We had lots of discussions about materials and properties of materials linking to our Science topic ‘Mighty Materials’ and we started off by practising our threading skills.
We can’t wait to see what next half term has in store for us in Art & DT!
