A great way to illustrate busy thoughts in our minds and learn a breathing technique to help you settle them.

1. Find a jar or plastic bottle and decorate it any way you like.

2. Fill the bottle up 3/4 of the way with water.

3. Next add clear glue, food colouring, glitter and any other decorations you like.

4. Seal the lid and shake it like a snow globe.

5. As you watch the busy pieces swirl around take 3 deep breaths and breath in and out slowly as you watch the glitter settle.

Imagine the pieces inside the jar are all your busy thoughts and as you watch them settling, you are training your thoughts to settle too.

1. Find a jar or bottle.

2. Decorate it any way you like.

3. Fill it with all your favourite happy thoughts.

Now read through them and let the good feelings flow inside you. Find a member of your family or speak to a friend and share your happy thoughts with them.
