In R.E. we have been learning about the Story of Creation as part of our topic, ‘God’s Great Plan.’ We have learned that this story is in the Old Testament, in the Book of Genesis. It is the very first story in the Bible.
We know that God created everything in our world, including the Sun, Moon, Animals, Plants and of course all Humans! We are especially important as we need to look after God’s Creation and help each other by being kind. We know facts about our House Saints that show us how we can look after our world and be good people.
All of the children were given a number to represent a day of Creation. They decorated their number with pictures to represent what God created on their day. Here are some examples:
