Keeping Healthy on the Inside and the Outside!

Good afternoon everyone, It’s great to hear that so many of you are tuning into Joe Wicks’ morning work out! Maybe you can send in photographs of you and your families joining in with his sessions to share on the website.

During this time, it is incredibly important that we work hard to care for ourselves, our loved ones and keep both our bodies and our minds in the best shape we can.

I’m planning to use this space on the website to share ideas of how we can keep our Rosary family as fit and well as possible in our bodies and our minds.

Please feel free to share any ideas you may have for mind health, physical fitness, diet and activities to keep us all feeling well. We need ideas that will work in all spaces big and small.

  1. Mind: tidy workspace tidy mind! It will make you much more relaxed than if it is all a mess!

    Body: Stretch in the morning or after your shower! Even after your Joe Wicks workout whether you follow it live or not! 🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️
