Today all the Ducklings went to the CLC with their friends from Pufflings.
We had the most amazing time with so many different opportunities to explore a range of technology.
First we played with different toys all of which were operated with batteries and needed to be switched on and off before they would work.
Then we explored various computer programmes and used the mouse to paint pictures.
At this time, half of the class had a chance to programme Blue Bots and make path ways for them. This was so much fun.
After lunch, we used the iPads to read an interactive version of Jack and the Beanstalk. We could click on different parts of each page for some extra games.
Thank you to all the Parents and Grandparents who accompanied us on this trip. The children were beautifully behaved and I had lots of comments from members of the public on the bus and the staff at the CLC about their wonderful behaviour. Everyone was very impressed with the children! Well done Ducklings!
I really enjoyed going on the computers at the CLC.
