Pelicans Class made chocolate swirls out of puff pastry today! Usually we are a very healthy school and so these treats would not be allowed but Miss Kennedy let us off as it is so nearly Christmas! We all washed our hands before cooking as being hygienic is so important. We spread chocolate over the pastry, rolled it up, egg washed it and then put it in the oven. This was such a lovely activity to do just before Christmas. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Pelicans!
