EYFS were learning lots about how to look after our mental heath this week.
We all have lots of feelings: some that feel good and make us happy, and some that don’t make us feel good- and that’s okay too!
We thought of ways that we, and God, can help us to look after our mental health.
We can help look after how we’re feeling, especially when we might be sad or worried by EXPRESSING ourselves!
We can do this by talking to people we love and trust, through prayer to God, or through our bodies by dancing, playing, or art!
Today we had lots of fun expressing and showing how our bodies are feeling!
