Fun in the woods or park – whatever the weather!

 

Getting out and enjoying the fresh air is great for the mind, body and spirit! Meeting up with friends may not be possible at the moment but you can go outside for a walk with your family. Wrap up warm and get your wellies on so you can make the most of any mud or puddles!

Take a bag with you and see what objects you can find in nature, pine cones, acorns, leaves, sticks etc and make your own picture of nature. Here are some ideas…….

    It has been scientifically proven that being around nature improves mental well being! I love being in the woods whatever the weather and it never fails to make me happier and calmer. I love these craft ideas and cannot wait to try them with my family!
