In this lesson, we revisited the Zones of Regulation and explored the different emotions that belong to each zone—blue, green, yellow, and red. We discussed how these emotions might feel in our bodies and how they can affect our behaviour. To help us better understand each zone, we acted out the emotions and physical responses that come with them. It was a fun and engaging way to build emotional awareness and self-regulation skills.
