This week, the Lorikeets went on a fantastic adventure to the October Gallery in Holborn! We were so excited to travel into central London and explore a real art gallery. Inside, we discovered amazing artwork created by artists from all over the world. We looked closely at lots of different pieces and had great discussions about the colours, shapes, and stories we saw. It really got us thinking like artists!
After our gallery visit, we had a special treat—a trip to the playground! We loved running around, climbing, and playing with our friends after such a thoughtful morning.
By the end of the day, we were all feeling very tired. Some of us even had a little snooze on the bus ride home, dreaming of all the incredible art we had seen.
It was a brilliant day full of creativity, fun, and a bit of rest!
