This week we have been learning all about division by sharing equally.
Have a go at dividing by 2,3 and 5 at home.
First we divided even numbers. We drew two circles and shared dots equally between the two circles.
Next we tried dividing by 3. We drew three circles and shared out numbers in the 3x table between the three circles.
We checked by using the inverse and writing the multiplication calculation.
