This week we have started to learn all about fractions. It has been so much fun.
We have looked at finding a half and a quarter.
Some of us even found 3/4 of a shape!!!
Tasks
Draw a circle and cut it out. Draw a line down the middle. Colour one half in one colour, and the other half in a different colour.
Label each side of your circle as 1/2
Draw a Square. Fold your square in half, and then half again. You will now have 1/4s! Label each quarter as 1/4
Try to use the language, half, quarter, two quarters, whole.
