This week Google visited our school to deliver a new online safety assembly as part of their “Be Internet Legends” curriculum to our Y2-6 classes. The assembly was an interactive and game-inspired experience, where our children completed a series of challenges across four levels to achieve “Legendary Status” while being taken through the 5 pillars of the Be Internet Legends programme: to be Sharp, Alert, Secure, Kind and Brave. The children loved it and were reminded of the importance of engaging safely with their online environments.
