What a wonderful day we had celebrating World Book Day!
Our morning started with a wonderful assembly which gave us all the opportunity to see all the amazing costumes from Reception to Year 6. Each class had to opportunity to walk the catwalk, it was great to cheer on all our friends from throughout the school.
Later in the day, we all took part in different activities within our own classes and even enjoyed a story with a teacher from another class. As you can see, all the children throughout the school made a massive effort with their costumes. It was delightful to see so many well loved book characters walking around school yesterday!
All of the children were sent home with a book token that needs to be used by March 31st!
We are already excited for World Book Day 2020!
