Today, we learnt a new game called “Double Double” which tests are two times tables skills.

We have been practising this skill using the counting stick this week and put our learning into action through a quiz-quiz-trade activity and a game of Double Double. The aim of the game is to cover four numbers in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally by doubling or “double-doubling” the number rolled with a dice. We had to think strategically about the placement of our answer and test our multiplication skills.
