WOW! What an amazing day, full of learning.

Year 3 travelled by bus to the Camden CLC to participate in a day of computing. The children learned how to purposefully build complex models out of lego and attach motors and batteries to them. After this, the children used their current and new computer programming skills to code – a code that would tell their lego model how to move. EVERY child in Flamingo class was engaged and enthusiastic for the tasks, and they thrived. We definitely have a few engineers in the making, in this clever class.

A huge thank you to the CLC for having us, and to wonderful Mary who ran our fun and memorable session.
