Today, Brother Andrew came to visit KS1 to talk about our new topic- Eastertide.
Brother Andrew talked us through the events that led up to Jesus’ death on Good Friday and how Jesus rose from the dead 3 days later on Easter Sunday.
He also taught us that Jesus died to bring us closer to God & that when Jesus ascended into Heaven, he was making a path for us to one day go to Heaven.
We asked Brother Andrew some excellent questions and he even said we were the best in the whole school!
