The chicks have brought in lots of pumpkins for us to investigate. We put some in a big tray and talked about what we thought they would be like inside? The chicks came up with some fantastic words like squidgy, soft, cold, smelly and seedy. We investigated as a class and explored the texture and consistency of the inside. We use our fine motor skills to collect the content with tweezers and spoons. The chicked were so surprised when we opened the pumpkin maybe they could share their experience with you at home looking through our photos. What did you find hidden in the jelly today?
