On Friday the 6th of October, Snowy Owls went on their first school trip to CLC!
We learnt how to spot the difference between real and fake information.
Mary, our instructor, taught us how to improve the quality of our research skills to ensure the dependability and legitimacy of information from the web.
Later in the afternoon, we got to create a fake news poster in comic life. Students used animations from the internet and added their own slogans to teach others how to spot fake news.
We had a lots of fun. Snowy Owls are excited to go back again soon.
My favourite part was when we were making posters on comic life,helping people to spot fake news.
I have learnt a lot of things since we have been there.
I wish I could go again.
