Toucans have been busy up in Bellevue making pancakes to see in Shrove Tuesday. Yesterday we wrote out our recipes and this morning the children worked as a team to measure out the ingredients and prepare the batter. While they were waiting to flip their pancakes the children wrote promises for the upcoming season of Lent.
