History off the Page

On Friday, History off the Page visited us. We went back in time to the 14th century BC where the Pharaoh at the time was Akhenaten. We participated in a lot of different activities such as making scented wax cones, we painted using hieroglyphs, made dough for bread and make statues. In the afternoon we enjoyed an Ancient Egyptian banquet which we could not eat until the royal taster had tested it to make sure the food did not contain poison!
