The chicks topic this term is ‘All about Animals’. This week we read the story ‘Dear Zoo’ by Rod Campbell and the children helped Miss Gilmour to design and make a Zoo in our home corner. They painted animals and decorated them with collage materials.
If you are lucky enough to visit London Zoo, please could you bring us leaflets, badges or anything that you can collect to go into our School Zoo.
Some of our chicks wrote their own letter to the Zoo asking for their favourite animals to come and stay with them. Ask your chick what their favourite animal is.
