Today, Year 3 went on an exciting trip to the British Museum to enrich our learning about Ancient Greece.

The sun was shining which made a pleasant day to sit outside the museum and learn about the building and its inspiration from Ancient Greece.

Inside the museum we were greeted by one of our parents who works as an archaeologist at the museum. He gave us an inspiring tour around the galleries and shared his knowledge about the artefacts. The experience was phenomenal!  Thank you to all our parent helpers for such a special day we will all remember.

Have a look at our photos from the trip.

Looks like Flamingos had loads of fun. Ancient Greece was and still is one of my favourite topics. Having Jago with you ,( Deia’s dad) must have been even more exhilarating.
