Lorikeets Celebration Blog – Friday 15th May

Good morning lovely Lorikeets!

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the Rosary’s Got Talent zoom auditions yesterday. We were so proud of all of your efforts. Keep an eye on Google Classroom today for the recording of our zoom audition and the results….

Well done to all the Lorikeets for another fantastic week in Google Classroom. Here is what we got up to.

In literacy this week we have been writing our own story, based on the Tin Forest. We came up with some really lovely story ideas!

In maths this week we have done some revision of the relationship of part part whole. We know that a whole can be made up of 2 or more parts and that these are related in fact families.

In RE this week we have been thinking about when Jesus returned to heaven. Aini and Gabi did some beautiful drawings!

In topic we have been thinking about different plants and what they need to survive. We even thought about what plants and animals you might find in different microhabitats!

I hope you all have a restful weekend

Miss Robinson
